Randy Kim Smith appeals his conviction for obstructing an entrance to a place of business to which the public had access. TEX. PENAL CODE ANN. Â§ 42.03 (Vernon 1974). Punishment was assessed at five days confinement and a $500 fine. In eight points of error, appellant claims that section 42.03 of the Texas Penal Code is unconstitutional and that the evidence is insufficient to support his conviction. We overrule all eight points of error and affirm the conviction.
